President

Sean Sullivan brings strong management and operational experience to his role as President of Logimax. He was previously at one of Logimax’s partner companies, Friedman Corporation, for 14 years in various roles, demonstrating leadership across many areas including customer support and services, project management, quality control, customer relations, and software development.

Tom Carlile is a logistics and technology professional who brings more than 25 years of experience in the warehousing and logistics industry. As the Product Director of Logimax, he oversees software development as well as implementations. Tom began his warehousing experience in 1986 with a reseller of industrial parts out of Orlando, FL. After assisting in implementing J.D. Edwards Distribution and Warehousing software he joined ICS out of Jacksonville, FL. It was during this time that he began working in the 3PL industry and co-developed the Logimax software which is currently deployed in over 100 warehouses nationwide and in Canada.

Lisa Natt holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Business Administration and brings over 25 years of experience in the warehousing industry to Logimax. With a strong foundation in both business and operations, she has developed extensive expertise in logistics, supply chain processes, and customer-focused solutions. Over her 12 years with Logimax—serving first as Customer Support Manager and now as Account Manager—Lisa works closely with clients to ensure operational success, build strong partnerships, and deliver solutions that drive long-term value.
